Bob Gilliam

Bob is President of T-NET International and author of most of the T-NET curriculum and process. One of the five most experienced church consultants in America, he is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary and teaches doctoral courses on disciplemaking at several seminaries across the country. Because he has consulted with so many churches in the US and around the world, Bob has been able to apply biblical commands in a practical manner that addresses the many challenges churches face today. He is the author of the definitive measuring instrument for church health, The Church Effectiveness Survey. Having previously started the church consulting ministry for Denver Seminary and being in charge of placement for the Evangelical Free Church of America, he discovered a need to assess pastors and church staff. That led to developing the popular tool, Ministry Match, used by entire denominations, seminaries, hundreds of local churches, and thousands of individuals as a comprehensive evaluation tool to match individuals with specific ministries. Bob and his wife Terryl live in Aurora, CO and have two daughters.

Vince is Senior Pastor of Prescott Evangelical Free Church in Modesto, California.  While Senior Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church in Hazel Park Michigan, Dr. Deagler launched a T-NET center for the Detroit area that led twelve churches through the training process.  "I am committed to the T-NET process.  I have seen it yield amazing results in the Midwest and I'm seeing significant results in our own church here in Modesto."  Currently Vince is now in the process of organizing a T-NET center for the nearby Fresno area.

Richard Ensrud is the current Senior Pastor of the Brooklyn Park Evangelical Free Church in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Since his coming to BPEFC in 1988 the congregation has grown from 400 attendees to over 1000 in attendance. Rick is an effective communicator of the Bible and loves helping and encouraging people to grow in their relationship with God. He received a Bachelor of Science in music education from the University of North Dakota and then went on to receive a Masters of Theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary in 1980. He is currently working on a Doctor of Ministry degree from Trinity Theological Seminary. He and his wife Lana are the parents of two college-age girls, Adria and Bethany. Rick and Lana reside in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Rick’s hobbies are sports, hunting and reading. He has been involved with T-NET since 1991 serving as a consultant and associate staff with T-NET for the last 3 years and is currently leading a T-NET center in Zambia, Africa.

Erik V. Myhrberg, Ph.D.

Erik Myhrberg, a native of Arizona, has a doctoral degree in International Business from Rushmore University and a master’s degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird). He has been involved in technical marketing and operations with such multinational firms as IBM and American Express. He was the cofounder of Moorhill International Group, Inc. an Arizona based firm dedicated to fostering international relations through commerce and cultural exchange and currently serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Mike Fike

Mike Fike is a retired vice-president of Orbital Sciences Corp. Mike currently does part time consulting at Orbital Sciences. Mike received a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Florida. Mike and his wife, Janet, have two daughters and three grandchildren. They enjoy special time with each of their grandchildren every week. Mike and Janet were led to the Lord discipled, and trained in ministry by the Navigators. Mike made disciples through the Navigator ministry for 12 years at Oklahoma State University where he worked as an aerospace engineer. After moving to Mesa, Arizona, Mike continued his disciplemaking ministry at Bethany Community Church for 26 years. Mike served multiple terms as an elder and chairman of the elder board. Mike also served as a volunteer Director of Discipleship, Small Groups, and Assimilation for two years. Mike and Janet have been at Sun Valley Community Church for two years where Mike is currently on the Small Group Leadership Team. Mike continues to make disciples by developing discipleship material and leadership material and by leading new believer small groups and discipleship small groups. In addition to being on the T-Net Board of Directors Mike is currently a T-Net trainer preparing to train pastors in India. He also helps manage all T-Net translation activity and is in training to help manage the T-Net ministry in India.
