T-Net Staff Opening

International Director

In the last four years, God has expanded the T-Net ministry to six additional countries around the world. Today, there are twice as many churches in T-Net training outside the USA as are in our 22 US centers. With the prospect of adding two to five more countries every year, T-Net now needs a full-time director for its international arm.

T-Net’s International Director will raise his support and ministry expenses just like all other T-Net staff. He will office in Denver with the President. He will manage the expansion of ministry in present countries, the addition of training in new countries and the recruitment and equipping of U.S. alumni to become trainers in these new locations. Although the Director will spend most of his time in Denver, he will probably teach at least one or two centers himself and make 6 to 10 international trips a year.

The International Director must have experience in cross-cultural training. He should be a strategic thinker with strong relational skills. He should be an alumnus of the T-Net training, a good teacher, communicator and promoter, and should be theologically trained.

If you are interested in this ministry, please call Bob Gilliam at 800-995-5362.
