Ever wonder why Jesus in his brief 3 years of ministry chose primarily to concentrate on training 12 people?  Obviously that was the best way to accomplish His purpose.  We have found that just as individuals need an extended process to assimilate what they learn and flesh it out in their character, so do churches.  Large conferences are inspiring, but without ongoing support and gentle accountability often less than optimum change occurs.  The many good things a church is already doing becomes the enemy of the best. Many an inspired resolution is lost in the demands a leader faces when returning to their ministry.

So we take your church on a "Pathway to Enhanced Disciplemaking" that supports you in the change process. We give you the benefit of our 12 years experience as well as a well-planned process that allows you to develop a core of change agents to accomplish Christ's purposes for your church.

Keys to T-NET Success

Several principles distinguish the T-NET approach.

We use a supportive, carefully designed, process rather than event-oriented training.  
It is:

• Taught by trained experts while networking with other churches
• 8 meetings in a 28 month period with ...
• Sessions balancing centralized training, inspiration and on-site homework application
• Pastor's coaching and troubleshooting sessions at least twice between each meeting
• Church staff and leaders are coached to develop positive disciplemaking habits

We Train Leadership Teams, Not Just Pastors

Most national seminars:

• Make it difficult to train more than a pastor or staff because of the costs and logistics of sending a church leadership team
• This creates an information gap and possible resistance from church leaders when implementing new-found ideas
• Even without resistance, valuable time elapses before leaders are trained

In contrast, T-NET provides:
