T-Net Announces Agreement with Cameroon Baptist Theological Seminary

MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

Between T-Net International and Cameroon Baptist theological Seminary June 26, 2007

T-Net and CBTS agree to work together in cooperative ministry to further Christ’s kingdom in the following ways:

T-Net… Agrees to continue to provide trainers for the original generation of Cameroonian students until they have finished all 14 courses of training and are effectively multiplying to other pastors. Agrees to offer CBTS credit, as described below, to all T-Net students in Africa and encourage them to participate Agrees to work cooperatively with CBTS personnel to effect a smooth relationship Agrees to return all communications within a week of reception

CBTS…. Agrees to continue hosting T-Net training for the original generation of Cameroonian students until they have finished all 14 courses of training and are effectively multiplying to other pastors. Agrees to provide a faculty member on staff to serve as a coordinator for the T-Net program in Africa. Agrees that, to T-Net students who have: A General Certificate of Education (or equivalent) Completed all 14 T-Net courses and received passing grades Applied to CBTS and wired (by Western Union or Moneygram) a $5 USD or 2500 CFA registration fee to CBTS and sent a picture for a student I.D. Paid a $12 USD or 6000 CFA graduation fee to CBTS …they will provide a running transcript and grant an undergraduate diploma Agrees that, to T-Net students who have: An earned Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) Completed all 14 T-Net courses and received passing grades Applied to CBTS and paid a $5 USD or 2500 CFA registration fee to CBTS and sent a picture for a student I.D. Paid a $12 USD or 6000 CFA graduation fee to CBTS …they will provide a running transcript and grant a post-graduate diploma Agrees that for persons who are granted one of the above degrees and then wish to attend CBTS, they will, for a reasonable fee, grant appropriate course credit to these persons toward degrees of the same level. Agrees to return all communications within a week of reception
